Wow. We're getting a lot of 'Jean's, or variations. Well, at least two. Which is a lot, for such a small group.
I blame...Jean-Luc Picard!
What? Stop looking at me like that!

I've seen at least three, myself. But it's a common enough name, as long as all the Jean's know what they're getting into. I'm very surprised there isn't another Jaques myself. It's a pretty common name, and there's even a song about it- Haha, just realized that 'Frere Jacques' means 'brother...' Anyway, mostly I'm posting here to say that now I am also playing Marcel Martineau, ambitious young chorus singer and local card shark. He's the fault of my runaway imagination in which NPCs I make for one scene gain too much of a spark of life. But I'm done making characters now! Really.

Bonjour. My character is Rose Dumonde. She was dumped here by her father, who left her with just as much debts as reuptation - extremely high ones. She's going only on looks, striking and well-to-do, and talent, of which she has a good bit in the opera house. She's simply a human - pretty young, at that.

Bonjour and good morning and such-
Just hopped over to this here shindig, I'll be playing the part of one Adrienne Montjoy, human gal of indiscriminate age, fair to pointy looks and fair to pointy temper. Courier, carpenter, tinker, tailor, one-time sailor (long story), wandering musician, jack of all trades and master of none. Toss her a sou, she might sing you a song. What language it is is a different matter entirely.
By the by- Outside of the internet, I'm a third-year (or nearly) college student studying costume design, history and storytelling. With a lovely, swingeingly large interest in the Victorian era and fartoomany Vic-Lit classes to back it up.

Hola everyone! I play Kiera Relei. I got intrested when i saw the theatre. I love to Role Play. My alt (sway)actually runs one of the Orignal Furcadia Theatres, Bard's Theatre. We are on a break right now, and it is more of a modern day persona play dream. I'd love to Role Play. We were going to do Phantom of the Opera at the theatre, but we ended up giving up due to an unmotivated cast. Irl I sing, act, etc...I've been leads in Phantom of the Opera, Jekyll&Hyde, and Cats, back up/extra's in a bunch of others. I am currently Oocly working on a recording/demo Cd with (Ic: Gastin) my counterpart. I am so happy there is a new thetatre on Furcadia. I love Opera, and actually sing mostly opera but my heart is stuck on broadway, and am a Vocal Major in the University level. Hi again, and I hope I have lots of fun RPing with you. My Ic character is really kinda mean and snotty, but I'm not like that IRl if you need anything let me know!

Oh, shoot...I should probably post, no? I play Odette, if you already haven't figured that out. She is the riches to rags girl, uneasy lead soprano. She is still learning about the world and herself, so she's bound to make a few mistakes. I know nothing about Les Mis, or about the Vampire Chronicles, but am a die-hard Moulin and POTO fan. I also have no life, so I'm the one you'd be hard pressed not to find online.

Life is overrated. Just ask the vampires!
Oh, yea. Now, in addition to Musette 'n' Père Benoit/Firmin, I also am Madame Voisin, landlady!
And, so help me God, this is the Last Character I am making for this continuity. But I made the Boarding House dream, and I have the Power to Change It. So, it makes sense.
Anywaaaay...

Hi, I too am a new person and I couldn't resist adding my two cents.
My name is Marie, and I play Aislin Espara, a native of Nice who's been traveling throughout France for most of her life. She's one of those grim, defiant women who doesn't wear a dress, (think Meg Geri, when they find the Phantom's lair in the Movie.) She's not familiar with the whole vampire scene, which is probably why she got bitten on her first night. Oh, yeah, and she always carries a dagger. I'm still not sure what work she could do, but she's running out of money fast and needs income. Suggestions?

You could always apply for a job at the Voisin Boarding House. That'd get you room and board, and a bit o' spending money.

Bonjour, Name: Dariel Sex: Male Age: Unknown, but appears to be within his 20's, although he has a rather boyish face. Build: Average height, slim at waist, well built, very strong. Race: Angel Occupation: Musician, Composer, and Singer (An alto who can do a falsetto. Anything's possible, eh?) I play the angel, Dariel, who roams about the church, cemetary, and even sometimes the catacombs. For all of those vampires out there (good and bad), keep your fangs off. He is on neutral terms with vampires....and Dariel's blood is too pure. Almost like a toxin to vampires. He is a bit eccentric, and sometimes rather mysterious, but he is never out to cause harm...but he has the ability to. He is rather religious, considering the fact that he is an angel. Who knows? Maybe one of you will get the opportunity to see his wings and see the true angel. Other than that, he seems like just another person (only more handsome ).

Bonjour. My name is Sky and I play Giselle Antoinette Reyes Cruz Celestine Iphigenie, the French-Spanish Aristocratic crossbread that left for Paris and is probably in for some culture shock and dissonance of morals. <3 She's here without the knowledge of her father and living in her mother's old family manor outside of Paris which is, in her belief, haunted. It is unfortunate to say that I've been having some internet issues, mostly during the night, so I generally pop on where I can in the mornings or early afternoons. Hopefully, that'll get fixed soon. I generally stuck to strict RP medieval era dreams in the whole furre fantasy scene on Furcadia. I'm excited about this membership because I think a really unique and awesome thing has been established here. I'm generally acquainted with Phantom, less so with Miz, have garnered Vampire knowledge only from the usually garlic-and-stake legends, but I absolutely adore Moulin Rouge. It is my favorite, but for some reason I don't see Giselle being a Sparkling Diamond. At least not anytime soon. She'll be auditioning for L'Opera as soon as humanly possible. ;D

An update akin to the good Father's/Musette's/that one girl with the... the face.
I will also be playing Etienne de Belette, houseboy of the boarding house. When I have time, that is.
By the way, for everyone who's new, the seat at the left end of the bar is mine (Jeannot's). Anyone who sits there puts him or herself at the risk of a painful death or being thrown out of the tavern by a very irritated drunk. Or both. It depends on how delicate you are, I guess.
