I think we just need to sit down and plan a time. I'm thinking the weekends are always the best for everyone, so do we want it on a Friday or something sometime this month?

So...when's this shindig goin' down? Everyone's not going to be on at the same time, so let's stop trying to pick a day when we think everyone will be there. Maybe next Friday/Saturday or the one after?

We can't do Mardi Gras now because is was back in February/March. We should plan in the future a party though so that way people can clear their schedules.
