I as well would not mind being a guard. I figure if I'm on 24/7, why not do some justice? Though the only problem for me is that I will not be here for 6 weeks during summer. I leave the 25th of June and I will make my return on August 6.

I wouldn't mind being a guard either. I'm also leaving, but it'll only be from the 5th of July to the 24th of July ( I'm pretty sure those are the correct dates) *pauses, then anime-style grins*

Personally, I think vampire auditions would be perfect. It takes a skilled role player to truly grasp the concept of Anne Rice's vampires. It would also help find role players willing to stick to the concept itself, that vampires don't run around killing willy nilly or shouting what they are to the world.
Anne Rice's vampires are a true art. They are refined, deep, and each is unique (at least, to me). Therefore, the players given that dark gift should be up to snuff or suffer the life of a mortal when there are better players than themselves. It's just like being in a play: the directive is to find and use the best talent possible to bring a story to life.

Whoa, whoa, we're not trying to do Anne Rice Vampires. In fact, in many cases quite the opposite, it just so happens that her label so readily applies to our RP.
But yeah, Vamp auditions. And hey, I know of maybe three TRULY active vampire in Paris- the others, if I've missed them, are only involved in personal plots. So hey, a wouldn't mind one or two more, just to keep the night-times interesting!

There used to be but either they don't come on anymore or they don't play anymore. Now...I believe it's just the three males we have that actually rp in the dream.

I have Aristedes and I had Virginie who was The Vampire Bitch, but you know, it only goes so far when you are doing the same 'lol feeding' rp with a vampire.
But Virginie is on vacation and there hasn't been much vampire plot.
I suppose I'll bring Aristedes around the tavern more.

I have my Polish vampire, Nitte Zwyno. I don't RP him often, but I can if there's a vampire plot brewing.

I did have a sort of plot idea for Chaucer to have a weak moment and 'turn' someone, probably a young lady, because he's looooonely~
But I hold back on it because that's just the sort of thing that would attract someone crazy, so eh. Unfortunately he purposely avoids the other vampires, at least the ones wild enough to live in cemetaries, so I can't really be involved much in big vampire plots.
Another reason I hold back is that I think a Chaucer vampire turning would be so disappointing to most people searching for a nice dark sexy vampire RP. Certainly it wouldn't be all light and happyness, but Chaucer is...Chaucer, so it's not like the plot would be dripping with darkness, now would it?
